The Christlite Methodists Home (2nd visit)
I remember the first time we went to the Methodists home. It was fun and everyone was so welcoming. We had spent 2 weeks preparing for this. We decided to make pasta necklaces and decorate hearts. We all brought stuff from home so that we could do this. Today was the day that we had gone. Even though we had already done this once, I still could not help the feeling churning in my stomach. I was a little nervous. What if the people weren't nice like last time? What if no one wanted to make pasta necklaces? These were the thoughts I had while I looked out of the window of the bus that was taking us to the home. Again, I was wrong.
They were smiling and waving at us. I felt myself relax. They were so kind and polite, despite everything they had been through. There was one man who looked really frustrated and was trying to put the pasta on the necklace. I walked over and tried to help him, by showing him an example and putting a small piece onto a string. He was saying some things, but I weren't sure what he was even saying! I had to call some other people to help me understand, but they couldn't figure it out either! I was stumped, trying to understand, but there was one thing that struck me. Despite us not understanding him and putting on the wrong things, he was being so calm and patient with us. He was not getting annoyed, he was not just ignoring us and trying to do it by himself, he just kept on smiling. It really showed me, even though some sad things may have happened to them, they were still polite and happy. I should really try to be like that, because things like that have not happened to me, yet I have a huge temper.
In this project, we had a lot of responsibility. We were all responsible for getting the items for this field trip, and we needed to make sure that everyone knew what to do, and we pretty much were responsible for cheering them up and letting them have fun. This was entirely us who did it. Best of all, I don't know about the others, but it warmed me inside to make these people happy.
I had a lot of fun on this field trip. I liked being the teacher to teach them, having the responsibility, and having fun with them. They were so joyous about us coming and I had a great time going. If you are wondering if we understood that man that I learned a lesson from, the answer is yes. He was speaking Chinese all along (bonus: I got to practice Chinese skills)! I loved coming to the Christlite Methodists Home this year. I am happy that we made a bunch of people happy if they were unhappy and gave them something to do which may have made them happier (phew, the word 'happy' appeared there a lot)!

Wow! Your writing is so long. I like how you put 2nd visit in parentheses so people won't get confused. Maybe you could put the Picasa somewhere else because it makes you have white space on the top.
