Crunches



      Hmmmm, I think that I didn't do very bad on my crunches. But, still I have a few things to work on.    I can keep my knees up higher to balance better. Also, I should maintain how high I go, so that I don't go too low or too high.

     However, (I don't mean to brag) I can go up and come down smoothly without stopping, and I don't take a shortcut, like doing another crunch while I still haven't finished the other.

     This is how I think I did. Is this how you think I did to? Or what do you think?

  2. You did a really good job on keeping your feet on the ground and not moving your feet. You went up a perfect distance. I wouldn't change anything to your crunches. Keep up the good work.
