Fitness Plan Decide Sheet

My fitness goal is to improve my cardio and stamina so that I can run my mile faster. This will be useful in many sports so that I don't get tired as fast. I will run 2-3 days a week for 30-45 minutes each time, and I will know that my plan is working when my mile time is below 7:50 (now it is 8:05).
